Regardless of the topic, or the purpose, we still find that with the majority of our partners, proper IT support training, expectations & communication account for 90+% of the relationship. We’re not just talking about the 1’s and 0’s of technology either, in the end, we are a service company that happens to be in the tech business. We’re not a tech company.

That means at the heart of what we do, we solve problems and provide solutions to people. Many times our in-house IT support translates to one-on-one, one-to-many, or train-the-trainer style conversations.

The first 30 days of your partnership with Five Nines is all about setting the right tone for the long-term relationship. That means empowering and educating your employees on how, when, and why to reach out to us regardless of the situation. We’d deploy our support tools, provide your employees access to their customer support & ‘how-to’ portal, as well as meet with them to answer any questions/concerns they may have.
Oftentimes this is where we also see many of those pesky nagging issues surface, as there tends to be some level of fatigue with lack of response or support prior to engaging with Five Nines.

As part of new solution roll-outs, adoption rate is usually the number 1 factor in the success. The primary action your business can take to increase the adoption rate of a new solution is to train & educate them on the benefits and advantages to them and their role. In many scenarios, we’ll work directly with a smaller team of “product champions” to work out any of the kinks and/or understand what needs to be communicated with the broader staff. This same team of people then become the internal advocates for the change and the rest of the staff adopts the concept more openly.
