By default, we choose to do our IT audit report and monitoring on a monthly cadence, offering you an at-a-glance review of what’s going on with your organization. We can customize not only how often you see this information, but what information you’d like to see in addition to the standard areas.

On the first of every month, you (and anyone else in your organization who you want to receive it) will receive a recap of the prior calendar month from a technology perspective via email. We call it your monthly service summary.

This is your 60 second sound bite of what’s been going on and where you stand at that moment in time. It has a few key focus areas, which can be customized as desired to fit your business needs: Backups, Disk Space, Patch Management, Uptime, Asset Overview, and Service Request Summary. In your IT service report, you’ll see every ticket request & its status from that time period listed there.

Much of the information included in the monthly recap is also available to you as a manager in real-time from the Five Nines Support Application, which is installed on every endpoint in your environment.
Of the information that we provide to you, our team is receiving & reviewing in the moment to respond and take appropriate actions where needed. We’re not waiting for the monthly deliverable to come out to know what efforts are needed in your environment. With your IT audit report and monitoring, our Primary Engineer & Partner Success Team members are collaborating regularly on what we’re seeing in your environment.
What trends emerge, where are recurring issues, are there training opportunities for your employees, would new solutions make your business more efficient or effective, these are the proactive conversations we’re having behind the scenes daily in order to build out the Strategic IT Plan that we drive for you, and discuss alongside you in your Quarterly Business Reviews.
