Joel Friesen
Joel has been with Five Nines since October of 2011. He directs our executive leadership team and the strategic direction for Five Nines.
Joel Friesen joined Five Nines in October 2011 and currently serves as the CEO. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before joining the Five Nines team, Joel worked in performance management, sales and marketing. He is the details person at Five Nines and focuses on the numbers and strategies across all Five Nines teams.
Joel and his wife, Mary, have three children: Greyson, Maya, and Josie. Joel is a true morning person and starts his day at 4:00 a.m. (even on the weekends). When he’s not working, he enjoys watching his children in their activities, playing with his two dogs and going on date nights with his wife.
